- Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.
- Tampered Packages: If you suspect your package has been tampered with, please contact our support team immediately and record a video while unboxing for verification.
- Non-Delivery Claims: If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received your product, contact us within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
- Custom Orders: Customized products such as tailored sanitaryware, specialized fittings, or personalized finishes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
- Processing Time: All valid return requests are processed within 10 days of approval.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
- Only unused and undamaged products are eligible for a refund.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account. Bank details will be requested upon return approval.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by logging into your Balaji Home Decor account.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you can initiate a return request.
